1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Menu Dive, including our website, applications, and services. By creating an account, logging in, or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Menu Dive.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to use Menu Dive. If you are using the service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.

3. Accounts and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Subscriptions, Trials, and Billing

Menu Dive may offer free trials, paid subscriptions, and promotional pricing. Billing terms, pricing, and features are described during checkout. By subscribing, you authorize us (and our payment processor) to charge the applicable fees. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your account.

If a payment fails or your subscription lapses, your access to paid features may be paused or limited until payment is resolved.

5. Use of the Service

You agree to use Menu Dive only for lawful business purposes. You will not misuse the service, reverse engineer, scrape, interfere with performance, or attempt unauthorized access.

6. Content and Menu Data

You own the content you submit, including menus, descriptions, and branding. You grant Menu Dive a limited license to host, process, and display your content to provide the service. You are responsible for the accuracy of menu items, dietary labels, and allergen information.

7. AI and Automated Suggestions

Menu Dive may use automated tools to parse menu files and suggest dietary labels. These suggestions are provided for convenience and are not guarantees. You must review and verify all menu data before publishing.

8. Public Pages

If you publish menus publicly, you are responsible for the content displayed to customers. Ensure that the information is current, accurate, and compliant with applicable laws and regulations.

9. Acceptable Use

You may not use Menu Dive to post or transmit unlawful, harmful, or deceptive content, or to violate intellectual property rights. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

10. Intellectual Property

Menu Dive and its logos, design, and software are owned by Menu Dive. Except for the rights explicitly granted, you receive no license or ownership interest in our intellectual property.

11. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if we are required to do so by law. Upon termination, your access to the service may be discontinued, and your data may be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Disclaimers

Menu Dive is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free results, or that suggestions will be accurate or complete.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Menu Dive will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid to Menu Dive in the 12 months before the claim.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Menu Dive harmless from claims arising out of your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide notice by posting updated Terms or by emailing account owners. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
